Player Spotlight - Joe Brooks
As the fall turns to winter and the last of the baseball memories fade many take the opportunity to kick back and relax. Not the case for Gloucester Catholic’s Joe Brooks. Brooks a senior always leading by example can be found on any given day trying to refine his skills of the game. At a time when many seniors tend to slide into cruise control, Joe continues to throttle down, working feverishly to insure a productive senior season and a ton of opportunity as he heads off to East Carolina next year on scholarship. Joe will tell you “hard work and believing in yourself are the keys to success. There’s always someone out there trying to work harder to gain an edge.
