The Foundation’s mission for 2012 will be to educate the youth on the potential hazards of driving. We strongly believe that positive can come out of tragedy. Bobby a well known coach, mentor and educator was killed in an automobile accident and the foundation will now hope to educate and impact the lives those he loved and taught with the knowledge of how to survive on today’s highways. The Drive to Survive Campaign will kick off in the spring and hope to impact as many high school driving age students as possible. We are offering a formal presentation that deals with the leading causes of fatalities and serious injuries at the high school level. The Presentation will be given by a Safety Professional and defensive driving instructor with 40 years of experience in the transportation industry. The discussion is absolutely free and will focus on the following:
If you or anyone you know would like the opportunity to give this presentation at your School or place of employment please contact us. There is absolutely no charge. We only ask some time and the opportunity to save a life.

Christmas is upon us, a good time to reflect on how fortunate we are. It’s a great time also to think about those who can use a helping hand. This Holiday season the Bobby Barth Foundation is making and distributing Christmas food baskets to those in need. The baskets were organized and assembled by the high school students from Sportz Central and were greatly appreciated by all the recipients.
